I. Product Introduction
Heat exchanger is a key device used to achieve heat exchange between different media in the drying process. Its core function is to transfer the heat of hot fluid to cold fluid through the heat transfer wall. Its main function is to transfer the heat of heat source (such as steam, thermal oil or high-temperature flue gas) to drying medium (usually air) through efficient heat exchange, thereby providing stable and controllable hot air for material drying.
II. Working Principle
The working principle is that the high-temperature heat source (such as steam, heat transfer oil or combustion flue gas) enters the heat exchanger through the pipe. Direct heat exchange: The high-temperature flue gas and air are directly in contact with each other in the heat exchanger for heat transfer, which is highly efficient. Indirect heat exchange: The heat source (steam/heat transfer oil) and air are isolated and transferred through the metal wall (such as shell and tube or plate heat exchanger) to ensure the purity of the hot air. The temperature of the hot air after heat exchange is usually controlled between 80~300℃. The air volume is adjusted by the variable frequency fan, and the temperature is kept stable by combining the temperature control system (such as PID adjustment). The hot air is evenly sent into the drying room, in contact with the wet material, and the water evaporates.
