I. Equipment composition

The clean chain-type hot air furnace is mainly composed of a combustion furnace, a feeder, a slag remover, a blower, a tube-and-tube heat exchanger, a cooler, a cyclone dust collector, an induced draft fan and a control system.

II. Working principle

The working principle of the clean chain-type hot air furnace is that the chain-type hot air furnace burns to produce high-temperature flue gas with dust, which will then enter the purification sedimentation chamber for secondary combustion. The dust entrained in the flue gas is polymerized and settled in the purification chamber at high temperature, which effectively controls the local burning of the heat exchange tube by the flame, and at the same time controls the tar and dust content entering the heat exchanger, reduces the wear and dust accumulation of the heat exchanger, and improves the service life and thermal efficiency. The high-temperature flue gas coming out of the purification chamber enters the heat exchanger and exchanges heat with the cold air blown in by the blower in the tube. The temperature of the output hot air can be adjusted according to the process needs, and the temperature stability of the continuous hot air supply is ±5℃. After the high-temperature flue gas replaces heat through the heat exchanger, the tail gas is dusted by the cyclone dust collector and then discharged through the fan chimney. The ash moves to the rear with the grate, passes through the slag baffle and falls into the rear water-cooled ash hopper and is discharged by the slag remover.

III. Performance advantages

(1) The flue gas dust removal and purification technology is adopted to effectively control the local combustion of the flame on the heat transfer tube, reduce the dust content entering the heat exchanger, and improve the service life and thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger;

(2) The heat exchange adopts a countercurrent method, the flue gas flows outside the tube and the air flows inside the tube, which enhances the heat transfer;

(3) The heat exchange tube adopts advanced jet and internal insertion structure to improve the heat exchange efficiency;

(4) Thermal efficiency> 85%. The maximum output temperature is 550℃, and the hot air stable temperature is + 5℃.

(5) The equipment has a long service life and low maintenance rate.

(6) The equipment is simple to operate and easy to maintain. High safety and no explosion hazard.
