Focus on heavy equipment
The Indian grain drying manufacturer (processing 200,000 tons of corn per year) originally used coal-fired hot air direct spray drying, but there were the following problems:
2) Uneven drying leads to a high cracking rate of 8%
3) High coal consumption cost
Jiutian Machinery has carried out technical transformation based on the above problems, using a multi-stage shell and tube heat exchange system instead of direct heating, and matching a circulating drying tower to achieve quality improvement and consumption reduction.
Innovative design
1) Efficient heat conversion
Recover flue gas waste heat, and the thermal efficiency is increased to 82%.
2) Accurate temperature control
Graded temperature control:
First-stage heat exchange: 105±2℃ (rapid dehydration)
Second-stage heat exchange: 65±1℃ (slow recovery stage)
The cracking rate is reduced from 8% to 2.5%
3) Anti-blocking design
The heat exchange tube is arranged at an angle of 15°, with a self-cleaning fin structure and a pulse dust removal device (interval 2h).
