I. Equipment composition
The equipment system consists of 6 parts: loading bin, screw conveyor, feeding fan, combustion furnace body, blower, and electric control cabinet.
II.Working principle
The fuel is loaded into the loading bin by a forklift, and then connected to the screw conveyor below, and evenly fed into the discharge port of the combustion furnace body, and then fed into the combustion furnace by the feeding fan for combustion. The feeding fan also plays the role of mixing oxygen and fuel in advance, increasing the surface area of contact between fuel and oxygen, and ensuring that the fuel is fully ignited and burned. There are multiple hoods in the combustion furnace, and the hoods are connected to the secondary air blower set outside the furnace body. The functions are to supplement the air volume and to make the fuel form a boiling suspension in the furnace, which can make the fuel burn faster and more thoroughly, and ensure that the fuel is completely burned. There is a settling chamber behind the combustion furnace, where the ash produced by combustion can be settled and discharged from the ash outlet regularly.
Biomass boiling furnace are suitable for a variety of fuels, such as agricultural waste rice husks, peanut shells, coconut shells, palm shells, etc., as well as forestry waste such as sawdust, wood chips, shavings, scraps, etc., and can also burn pellets pressed from various biomass. In short, you can choose a fuel with lower cost according to the local situation of the customer to improve economic benefits.
Biomass boiling furnace are suitable for many industries. They can provide steam and electricity for factories or parks, such as paper mills, food processing plants, chemical plants, etc.; they can also replace coal-fired boilers to provide heat energy for industries such as textiles, printing and dyeing, and wood drying; they can also be used for many waste treatments, turning various biomass wastes into treasures and realizing energy utilization, such as burning agricultural/forestry waste (such as rice husks, sawdust, bagasse, coconut shells, pomace and other by-products) to reduce waste treatment costs.
