I. Equipment composition
The equipment system consists of five parts: loading bin, coal pulverizer, pulverized coal burner, ignition oil circuit, and electric control cabinet.
II. Working principle
Small particles of coal are loaded into the loading bin of the coal mill powder spraying machine by a forklift, and evenly supplied to the coal mill powder spraying machine, ground into very fine coal powder, and transported into the coal powder burner by the primary air. The secondary air is introduced into the furnace through the secondary air annular air duct or secondary air port of the burner for combustion. Since the contact surface area between coal powder and air is greatly increased, the coal powder is intensified for combustion. The time that coal powder stays in the furnace is very short, only 1-2s. In such a short time, to ensure that the coal powder is burned out in the furnace, it is necessary to intensify the combustion and supply the appropriate amount of primary and secondary air to shorten the preparation stage of combustion and create good combustion conditions. The main function of the primary air of the coal powder furnace is to transport coal powder to the furnace and ensure the ignition and combustion of volatiles. The function of the secondary air is to supplement the air volume and mix the coal powder and air evenly to ensure complete combustion of the fuel. Therefore, in terms of operation, the ratio and mixing time of the primary and secondary air should be reasonably adjusted to reliably ensure the safe and economical operation of the pulverized coal combustion furnace.
The temperature inside the pulverized coal furnace is also relatively high. Therefore, all kinds of coal can be effectively burned in the pulverized coal furnace, and the combustion is relatively complete, and the combustion efficiency is also relatively high, about 88%-93%. The pulverized coal combustion furnace is suitable for many types of coal, which can burn medium and inferior coal or low calorific value and low coal, and can also burn coal with strong adhesion.
The pulverized coal combustion furnace is suitable for various reverberatory furnaces, boilers, drying kilns, and annealing (annealing) kilns. It is widely used in heating and drying industries such as malleable steel mills, foundries, rolling mills, strip steel mills, cement plants, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, feed mills, food factories, ceramic factories, glass factories, nail factories, and community heating. It can replace the heat source equipment of fuel oil, gas and electric heating, thereby saving 20-40% of costs, reducing pollution indicators, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving economic benefits.
