1. Improve drying quality
Uniform heating: The clean hot air output by the heat exchanger has no local high temperature, avoiding shavings coking or uneven moisture content.
Retain fiber strength: Low temperature and slow drying (120~150℃) reduces wood fiber damage and increases the bending strength of the board by 10%~15%.
2. Reduce energy consumption
Waste heat recovery: Flue gas waste heat preheats fresh air, with a comprehensive thermal efficiency of 90%.
3. Environmental compliance
Ultra-low emissions: NOx <100mg/m³, particulate matter <20mg/m³, meeting the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297).
No sulfide pollution: Natural gas combustion does not produce SO₂, avoiding the problem of yellowing of planed boards.
4. Automated production
Intelligent adjustment: Automatically adjust the drying time (30~60 minutes) according to the initial moisture content of the shavings (20%~40%).
Fault warning: Real-time monitoring of the heat exchanger pressure difference and temperature to prevent blockage or overheating.
