Focus on heavy equipment
An organic fertilizer production enterprise in Hanoi, Vietnam (with an annual output of 150,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer) introduced a 20t/h circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boiling furnace made in China to replace the original oil-fired hot air furnace to solve the following problems: high fuel cost, unstable drying temperature, and serious thermal sensitive loss of trace elements in organic fertilizer.
Solution
1. Use of multiple fuels
Main fuel: Vietnamese low-grade coal (calorific value 4000-4500kcal/kg)
Auxiliary fuel: 30% organic fertilizer production waste (screened particles, dust removal ash)
Fuel cost: 62% lower than fuel oil
2. Three-level temperature control:
Fluidized bed: 900±10℃
Heat exchanger outlet: 280-320℃ (adjustable)
Dryer partition: feeding section (200℃) → discharging section (80℃)
3. Environmental protection collaborative design
Built-in desulfurization: Vietnamese local limestone (CaCO₃ content>85%)
Tail gas treatment: electrostatic dust removal + biological filter (treating VOCs)
This case provides innovation for Vietnam’s organic fertilizer industry, fuel flexibility to adapt to coal/biomass co-firing.
