Shandong coal enterprises process 500 tons of coal slime per day. They originally used coal-fired hot air furnaces for heating, which had problems such as low thermal efficiency (only 60%), coal slime agglomeration, and uneven drying. After the technical transformation, a 10t/h coal-fired boiling furnace with a drum-type coal slime dryer was used to realize the resource utilization of coal slime.
The role of coal-fired boiling furnace in dryer
1. Efficient heat supply
Output 1000-1200℃ high-temperature flue gas, converted into 450-550℃ clean hot air through heat exchange, with a thermal efficiency of 88%, 30% higher than traditional hot air furnace;
2. Fuel synergistic treatment
Mainly burn coal gangue, mixed with 30% wet coal slime, reduce fuel cost by 45%, and realize the synergistic treatment of "coal slime-gangue" solid waste in coal washing plants.
This case proves that the coal-fired fluidized bed furnace is particularly suitable for coal slime drying scenarios, which can make use of inferior fuel, improve drying quality and meet environmental standards.
