1. Stable heating
Precise temperature control: The hot air output temperature of the boiling furnace is stable at 800-950℃, which is converted into 300-400℃ clean hot air through the heat exchange system and directly passed into the dryer.
2. Strong fuel adaptability
Burning inferior coal: It can be mixed with coal gangue and washed mixed coal, saving 40% of fuel costs.
3. Environmental protection
Low emission: limestone is added to the furnace for desulfurization (desulfurization rate>90%), SO₂ emission<100mg/m³; No black smoke problem, boiling combustion is thorough, solving the problem of black smoke in traditional chain furnaces.
