A sludge drying company in Pakistan that processes 200 tons of sludge per day originally used a gas hot air furnace for sludge drying, which faced problems such as high operating costs and low thermal efficiency. After the technical transformation, it adopted the "multi-stage mechanical grate combustion system" developed by our company, equipped with a belt-type sludge dryer, to achieve the dual goals of harmless sludge disposal and efficient use of thermal energy.
The core function of grate
1. Structural design
Three-stage stepped composite grate (drying section/combustion section/burnout section); variable spacing ventilation hole design (drying section 8mm/combustion section 5mm); hydraulic drive system (speed adjustment range 0.2-3m/h).
2. Combustion performance
Directly treat dehydrated sludge with a moisture content of 60%, and can be mixed with 30% garden waste to adjust the calorific value.
3. Combustion efficiency
The furnace temperature is stable at 850±15℃, the residual carbon rate is <8% (traditional equipment>20%), and the thermal efficiency is 87%.

Automatic spray protection for grate overheating; Instant alarm for abnormal vibration.
