A condiment group in Daqing, Heilongjiang produces 60,000 tons of soy sauce residue annually. Traditional coal-fired hot air furnaces have serious coking and low thermal efficiency. In 2024, our company's DFR-180 oil-fired hot air furnace was selected, and the paddle drying unit was equipped to build the first domestic soy sauce residue resource production line.
Technical innovation
1. Corrosion-resistant design
The combination of 316L stainless steel heat exchange tube + ceramic coating is adopted to withstand the Cl- concentration of 8000mg/m³ generated by the evaporation of soy sauce residue, and the equipment life is extended by 3 times.
2. Precise temperature control
The PID temperature control system based on PLC controls the hot air temperature fluctuation within ±3℃ (setting range 180-220℃) to avoid protein denaturation of soy sauce residue.
3. Tail gas treatment
Integrated wet electrostatic dust removal device, ammonia emission ≤15mg/m³, solves the problem of odor in drying soy sauce residue.
Economic benefits
1. The thermal efficiency reached 85.7%, and the fuel consumption per ton of processing was 19% lower than the industry standard
2. The annual output of feed additives was 43,000 tons, with an additional output value of 26 million yuan
3. Won the title of "Excellent Case of Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Solid Waste in Heilongjiang Province"
