Focus on heavy equipment
Project Background
A starch production enterprise in Indonesia produces about 50 tons of potato residue per day. It originally used coal-fired hot air furnace for drying, which had problems such as high energy consumption and heavy pollution. The enterprise decided to upgrade its environmental protection and selected the biomass chain furnace developed by our company as the drying heat source.
Technical highlights
1. The stepped grate design is adopted, which has strong fuel adaptability and can burn a variety of biomass fuels such as wood chips and straw
2. Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, the drying temperature can be accurately controlled between 120-180℃
3. The thermal efficiency is more than 85%, which saves 30% energy compared with traditional equipment
4. Equipped with a multi-stage dust removal device, and the emission meets the national environmental protection standards
Operation effect
1. The daily processing capacity of wet potato residue is increased to 60 tons
2. The moisture content of potato residue after drying is stable below 12%
3. The annual fuel cost is saved by about 450,000 yuan
4. The carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by about 1,200 tons/year
Customer evaluation
The project leader said: "The chain furnace has stable operation and high degree of automation. It not only solves our environmental protection pressure, but also significantly reduces production costs, providing strong support for the sustainable development of the enterprise."
